What should I wear to run outside to be warm enough but not to hot or cold? What do you do for water when running outside?

anything that wick's away the sweat will keep you warm but not too hot... i wear hot chili's or under armour under fleece and a headband to keep my ears warm... as for water unfortunately, you have to carry it or you can find a 'skin' that holds water and fill it - it has a strap kind of like a messenger bag that you can wear over your shoulder/across your chest but it's annoying...

try getting those undergarments from sports authority that hold the sweat but still keeps you warm. as far as water you just have to carry it.
