It's still in the US, but it is much harder to make deposits and cash out. With Party Poker not accepting any live US money anymore, and Neteller doing the same, I'm finding that I have to conduct tracsactions via snail mail, which sucks. I prefer live games, anyway.

NO!! online poker still right here. Millions of U.S. citizens play poker and gamble online every day and not a single one of them has ever been charged, fined or prosecuted.
On September 30 2006, a new Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act was passed. Does this change anything?
The new bill does not make online poker illegal.
The bill does not change existing gaming laws.
The bill does not touch the players.

Several site are still open to US players

There are several good poker sites out there here is a site that recommends them all and shows that they are good and trustworthy sites. If you are looking for some sites to show you all the bounuses out on the web here are a few. : http://www.***************************... , http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com/ , http://upnorthbetting.net/

The two that I recommend is Bodog.com , and Pokerstars both r top of the line sites I prefer bodog over pokerstars. Bodog makes it so much easier to play and win in their ten man/ women tourney’s they pay the top five out with fifth only losing .20. there is just so many ways to win on this site plus it is a online casino. IF you do decide to go in the direction of bodog when u do sign up could u use my referral number with is pa40fd6

I hope I have helped u today
