The biggest and best technology in the WW 2 air battle was the Norden bombsight. It was first installed on the B-17 and used in the raids over Germany and later the B-29 in the Pacific all had the latest Norden bombsights installed. After the war, the B-29 bombing systems were improved with the introduction of the MA6A system with it's analog computer package

Radar was the most significant as well as the jet engine. The Radar allowed fighters to attack bombers using the cover of darkness to attack. The radar was also used for navigation and bomb targeting in the B-29 and Lancaster bombers. The jet engine was a massive break through giving a 100+ mph speed advantage over all propeller fighters. The cost of this was massive fuel consumption limited range. The 1st head up display gun sights were used this improved accuracy greatly over the old metal cross hairs fixed to the nose. Super charger technology gave the prop planes greater speed and altitude performance over their predecessor also the mechanical fuel injection system allowed planes to fly upside down without worrying about the plane stalling due to lack of fuel as the fuel was pumped into the carb instead of gravity feed. The 1st air to surface missile were used with devastating results these missiles tended to be radio guided to the targets some even had TV guidance but this came in at the very end of the war. The basic anti sub systems were invented at this time sonar buoy's and Magnetic anomaly detectors called MAD also acoustic homing torpedo's were in use. All these technologies started in WW2 and have been perfected and in use to this day.

Unguided and not very usefull against fighters.
But sufficiently accurate for a skilled fighter pilot

There were no lasers, there were no radars, there were no eyes in the sky. Nothing put pure skill and guts. No one pilot had any advantage other than faster and better aircraft, better and more modern guns and more skill than the other guy. All aircraft were flown by wire by men who were brave. Be it Americans, Brits, Germans, or Japanese. All were brave and talented men.

You need to be more specific on your question. I'm not sure what you are asking. What specific technologies are you looking for? Guns, tanks, planes?
