i've waited for a couple of days to answer the question they asked about the operation and now after answering i still got 0.00$ but my credit card lost 10$

Call them back and ask them to refund the $10.00 back to your credit card. I am sure they just overlooked it or it does take more than a few days for this to happen.

Hi,
ask your phone company to update your account. If money were taken from your credit card you'll have reference # or transaction ID#. Point this out to Customer Service agent in your phone company. They should update your account and this balance should appear.
