Take it super slow...go to lunch a few times and see what comes up. Maybe ask her what she thinks of a "friend" of yours that has a "friend" with benefits. If she seems against the idea, there's your answer, if she tried to defend the idea, she may up for it.

Well, I am hoping that you 2 are already friends (otherwise I wouldn't suggest doing it), but I would just ask if they want to hang out one night after work. Then start talking about "it" and how you haven done "it" in a while and see how they respond. If they want "it" to then just ask. Never hurts to ask.

maybe first you should offer to go to have drinks or something after work to relax a little after a hard day, then conversation will take its course and you will know her feelings and willingness towards you and go from there. It shouldnt be any different then on the dating scene other than letting her know up front that you do not want a commited relationship. and work should not interfere......

Wow! what a question!! Check first the moral of the person if he/she has the same morals like you, other wise it will backfire on you for sexual harrasment. Buddy,my advice to you is find your action elsewhere.

Tell him/her if they want to be friends with benefits. Bad idea though, what if it doesnt go as planned and he/her turns out to be an idot then you have to work with him/her and then quit your job or he/she finds a real relationship and you/them gets jelous and it just turns out to be a really bad situation. just fantasize huney. get a real relationship goign. it better for your health!!

Go out to the bar with them and have a few drinks. If you make a move on them and they enjoy it, then you'll have your answer. Just make sure they aren't married first. Good luck :)

you don't - not without a sexual harrassment suit. if you guys are close outside of work, you can try hitting on her. if this is accepted by her then go for it, but make sure she nows you don't want anything serious BEFORE you bed her.
