Dreadful. Absolutely shocking. Worst in the world here in Surrey.

I think Bristol has the worst drivers. Bristol must be the only place I know where there are signs posted at roundabouts explaining how to use them. In the 20 years I have lived here, most roundabouts have been replaced with traffic lights because of so many accidents caused by drivers not knowing how to use them.
Another problem that Bristol now has is that there are so many drivers here from other parts of the world driving without any formal training on British roads and the use of the Highway Code.

In Exeter they pull out when they have no right of way, don't obey mini roundabouts. They drive while on the phone, have no idea about courtesy of waiting at the top of a hill if the road is narrow allowing drivers the right of way coming up. Don't use their indicators, jump the traffic lights, park wherever they like, double lines or not! Never keep to the speed limit and generally seem unaware that there is a highway code!!

Norfolk is much worse because everyone from Essex and London retires here, drives too slow in huge cars, never indicate or know what to do on roundabouts - theres millions of pensioners here dude.

Then theres the farmers who wait until ruash hour before driving a 3 MPH

Here in North Texas USA
we are blessed with some very good highways and roads and that helps a lot--- we do have our share of the "crazies" and "poke-alongs" but all in all things move quite well here--- in Dallas or Houston however it is a very different matter--- get in the way there and someone will just simply shoot you !!!

The driving standards today is awful
personal safety and the safety of other
road users when im driving is paramount
but it is becoming increasingly difficult
to drive properly and safely
when 75% Of other "drivers" seem
to have just been released from london zoo's
chimp enclosure and let loose behind the
steering wheel,its a jungle out there.lol
still we can take comfort in the fact
that police and gov highways agencys
are doing there very very best to make as
much cash as they can out of safety measures
put in place on our dodgem car circuits....oops
i meant roads..This helps enormously in ......?
er.............making them rich?

Malvern in Worcestershire - honestly, if you drive into the town, your indicator lights will fail and the highway code is forgotten! My mum told me when i started to drive " dont pull out of a junction even if someone is indicating to turn into the road you are in - wait until you can see the whites of their eyes before you believe they will actually turn"

Best drivers - Mexico City
Best in US - Los Angeles
Worst drivers - Honolulu, HI (in the US, and the rest of the world).

I have traveled to four continents, and those are my observations.
