Sorry about your situation, I do hope you are safe.

All in all, most carriers are pretty good about canceling tickets for you. It might cost you a certain amount of money to cancel and plus you might not get a refund, but instead will get a credit from the airline to fly with them at a later time.

I haven't bought tickets from price line but I have canceled a flight and got a credit as the ticket I had purchased was not a refundable one. Best bet check with Aeromexico and then with priceline. Your credit company might not refund you the money as they might not see this as a fraud.

All the best.

It depends where you bought them. Sometimes you are required to buy insurance to cancel the tickets. Call your credit card co immediatley and see if charges can be reversed. I think you may be out of luck and will have to use those tickets with in 12 months witha 100 dollar change fee per ticket. Just a guess but that is what usually occurs.

1st check the conditions on PriceLines' web site - many of their tickets are valid only for those dates/times and can not be reissued in the future like most major carriers allow.

You may want to contact customer service and tell them what is going on - if you filed a police report - send a copy of that in.

Otherwise, you may just be out of luck - you certainly don't want him to get abusive in a foreign country - and need medical assistance ( let alone in your home ) but better to lose a few hundred dollars than your life !

Stay safe
