micro braids?

there is not a lot of places who do micro braids where i am from just 1 and they charge 300 dollars for it too much money... okay my question is how do you do micro braids urself step by step... and how many packs of fake hair do i need.. i want 2 colors black and dark pink... what else do i need to do them thanks

http://www.braidsbybreslin.com/ if you go to this site, she does sell instructional videos for microbraids, and she is very thorough, I have bought one and i am learning how to do them myself as well. the type of hair that the braiders use is takelon or kakelon, you want to get the takelon. depending on the size of your head, you may need about 3 to 4 bags. Because when you do them, you are only using a small piece of hair.I think $300.00 is a lot of money, they charge $100.00 for microbraids and $80.00 for medium braids here. and the mediums braids are almost as small as the small braids
