Is it true that if I remember my dreams then I didnt had a good night sleep. I`m worried because I know that if you have sleeping disorders it can affect your health.

Mostly my dreams make no sense at all,, but sometimes I dream with whatever happend to me during the day... the thing is,, they are so real, I wake up, remembering smells, feelings, tastes,, everything, it`s weird to wake up and realize this is the real world.

I don't think that's true; I heard you don't remember the dream unless you wake up while you're dreaming. If you wake up several times and it takes more than 30 minutes to get back to sleep then you're not getting a good night's sleep. That's what I get from my doctor. I'm in a study for depression and that's one of the criteria they look at. I have had depression most of my life and one of the symptoms was not being able to sleep well. I've never had a doctor concerned with my dreams unless I said they were "unusually vivid." If you think your dreams seem more real than average dreams you might want to tell a doctor.

You only remember the dreams you had just before you woke up because you have hundreds if not thousands of dreams in one night. I have read this before but can't cite you anything right now. Remembering the dreams you had just before waking up is great. Write them down. Dreaming is part of the REM state of sleep and that means that you were in a profound sleep so you're fine.

No, that's not true. Dreaming means you have been in deep, REM sleep. And that's a good thing. But remembering the dreams has nothing to do with sleep disorders.

No not many people remember their dreams. And its a great thing. Studies show that the average person who remember their dreams are more creative then others. It is a great thing. Although if your dreams are horrible and terrifying it could just mean your in a difficult situation in life.

I always remember my dreams. It is a sign of intelligence. Also a sign of intelligence is how far back you can remember. I remember back to 2 1/2.

once you dream you utilize a factor of your ideas which you dont use while youre wide awake. So once you awaken the area of your ideas that facilitates you sleep "sleeps" for the day. and you dont keep in mind. and once you do keep in mind targets you're in hassle-free terms keep in mind a million of 9 in view which you flow by using 7-9 sleep cycles a night, and you dream in the time of REM sleep.
