What are "yourels," and why do they blush? Maybe you should see a doctor...

Don't know if this will really help, but maybe if you try building up a database of things that have made you blush before. I mean in your head. Once something makes you blush once, store that away and say, ok, if I hear that again I know what's coming so there's no need to be embarassed. Then when it comes up again, remember that. If you build up enough experiences you may find you're hardly blushing at all any more.
Being shy is tough to overcome. Try telling yourself that you are as important as anyone else in the room, the town or the whole world. You have a right to be heard. Just say it and let the chips fall where they may. Even if it's just "Hi" to someone you don't know. If they don't have the decency to understand that then they're not worth talking to anyway.
Good luck. You can do it!

1. Try to blush on purpose, I read it in the book man's search for meaning. By the way it's a great book I added a link to it on Amazon.
2. When you blush try to exaggerate it, make it worst, make it extremely blush.
3. Watch for the exact moment it starts, be aware for what exactly happening, what was the trigger, what are the sensations, what are your thoughts.
4. Look for the precise spot it's started and where it's spreading and reverse the feeling, the sensations, and change your thoughts.
5. When it happens except it, enjoy it, laugh about it, make a jock about it with the people or person that you are with, "here we go again", "The tomato arrived"… I leave the creativity for you.
6. Be aware for the thought that you have when it's happening, it's probably sound like "I'm making a fool of my self", "Everyone will laugh at me", "I'm so embarrassed", I don't know what exactly in your head but you got what I mean. So don't fight them, you don't have a chance, but I'm sure that they have a certain voice and tone, so play with it, make them sound sexy, make them in different accents, German, French, Japanese, and what ever. Just make it fun.
7. Another good way to overcome blushing is through hypnosis, you can get it here http://www.instant-hypnosis.com/hypnosis/blushing_hypnosis.aspx//?afl=30445

Force yourself into uncomfortable situations.
I use to be so shy that I couldn't hardly function. But by making myself go new places, talk to new people, do new things; I became more comfortable with it. It still affects me, but I actually enjoy pressing myself now.
Took a couple of years for me to stop fainting / blushing in such situations.

confidence people that don't have much confidence or self esteem tend to blush easily if you think about it, its perfectly logical. There is no remedy to stop you blushing except from your will power to try an be a more confident easy going relaxed woman!!! good luck an hope that helped you!!!

thats a trick question... personally i dont think you can, same way we cant stop this happening, we also cant avoid it because it comes from within, just cums naturally without us having any control to the situation , its how our bodies react, not our minds, so unfortunaley we will all no doubt blush from time to time, i sumtimes blush jus wen a guy talks to me lol, and thats colleagues at work, imagine,,,,they must think im in love with them lol, ah well good luck
