get her a fan and make her a mix cd with songs on it like Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend.
I also don't think its right you are only buying her a birthday present because she is your 25th girlfriend.

Take her somewhere for the weekend and get a nice hotel. Or get her a personalized gift with something nice engraved on it telling her how much you love her. Or get her a puppy/kitten.

How about you cooking dinner for her. Girls love it when guys cook them dinner. Some flowers and some soft r&b music in the background couldnt hurt either.
