Well, if he spends his time with you and kisses you, then of course he loves you! If you are young, maybe like a teen, then maybe it's not actually "love" it could be "this is my girlfriend, we are just very close" type of thing. Guys at a young age can't even EXPLAIN what love is, even if they tell you they love you.
