As long as we argue about who is right and who is wrong, we continue to be separated on the level where it all counts. It's a simelar arguement to racism. All these people who preach race equality yet argue over Baptist vs. First Christian vs. Buddhism are lost. Or is there only one way?

Well, Baptist vs. First Christian is a simple doctrinal debate, where as there is a big difference between them and Buddhism. Both exclude each other as a valid belief. It's worse with Islam and Baha'i' as they both look at previous religions and say even though they claimed to the end/son of god etc, they were misguided and were just a prophet. This casts a serious doubt on those religions...

Granted, many of the "truths" of various religions are common like "be good to each other", but many others contradict and exclude the others as being correct.

One would hope that if there were a god, it would be consistent and fair in it's dealings with humanity.

I agree one hundred percent with you.I have no idea at all of just what you're saying, but I defend to the death your right to say it. That soul thing has me somewhat confused. How do you know if your soul is separated ? And what is it supposed to separate from ?
These things are very important to me because I have never seen a soul. What color are they ? How big are they ? What do they feel like ? Do they have any odor ? How much would you say the average soul weighs ?

There is an ultimate truth. God either does or does not exist. How do we determine truth? Through discussion and experimenting or throught blind faith in what our parents/society taught us?

There isn't "one way" to the truth about this, but there IS a truth about this and it isn't going to be discovered by saying nothing and not thinking.
