Hello ok so some days i wont eat anything for like 3 days at a time but then when i do eat I binge eat really bad ... Really bad
Like my binges in dried fruit(alot of dried fruit), cereals, museli and yogurt and fruits and sometimes jellies thats about it but i was wondering does anyone know about safe binge foods like that you can eat loads of and never gain any weight or would that be like some kind of miracle??Xx

i have a similr problam, i eat nothing all day but at night i cant help myself and binge. fruit is good and celery! you actually lose weight by eating celery cos it takes up so many calories trying to break it down in your stomach.

Well, if you make a habit of binging, you're going to gain weight no matter what you eat.

If you go for days without eating, your metabolism is going to plummet and you REALLY won't lose any weight. Bad idea. Eat in moderation! What's probably happening now is that your metabolism slows right down when you're not eating and then when you binge your body isn't used to handling such large amounts of food. This is very unhealthy.

A good choice for a food you can eat lots of is popcorn. They have microwave popcorn bags that are 94% fat free. They're loaded with fiber and for the most part good for you.

Not sure what part of the world you're located in, but if that doesn't work for you you could pop your own popcorn and minimize the amount of butter and oil you use.

you probably could eat until you physically couldn't eat anymore of stuff like raw veggetables, salads (w/o any dressing or very little), cuz these foods are nutrient dense, but not calorie dense. for ex: a plain bagel/muffin type breakfast could be between 300-700 calories! where as 5 bowls of salad without any dressing of lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots etc could be 100-200. basically a huge amount!
but i bet your 'binge' isn't the same amount as mine. if you talkin about dried fruit, i bet you mean you eating like 3 bags....

on a small side note.... not eating and then binging is not the best at all.... u know this. the body like regularity and consistancy.

um binging never works

you have an eating disorder and should get some concelling

there is something seriously wrong with you.. not to be mean.. but i'm trying to be honest..

your not a camel so you need to eat daily
then maybe you'll start losing weight

1 -- You shouldn't starve yourself, it will end up being fatal.
2 -- You can binge on lettuce and nothing else. Or other green veggie
3 -- Start eating! Or you'll get yellow nails and teeth.
