hello people my hair has just fallen out, can you help me, i wana know if dat hair grows back ever.

how much fell out.....and where did it fall from (your head hopefully)

There are a couple of reasons why hair falls out. The most common one is because of a Hormone called DHT. This Hormone attacks the hair follicles and kills them killing the hair. Rogaine and Propecia help fight this. There is even a new laser hair comb that is on the market as well that help prevent hair loss.
If you don't think it is DHT then you are loosing your hair because of stress and or a poor diet. Relieving Stress and eating right will help you gain back the hairs.
If this has to do with some medication that you are taking then there isn't much you can do.

Probably not, but if you can see a Dr. if not deal with it, there are a lot worse things, besides, shaved heads and short hair are cool, the worst thing is if you do have some hair left don't let it grow long to try and compensate for what is not there! Trust me, most women think that looks 10 times worst!

in any case, if it is not due to medication, try this
HAIR LOSS: Those suffering from hair loss or baldness, may apply a paste of hot olive oil, one tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder before bath and keep it for approx. 15 min. and then wash the hair. It was found to be effective even if kept on for 5 minutes.

What you need is a childrens book with rabbits in ,Cut the rabbits out and paste them where the bald patches are and from a distance they will look like hairs.

depends why it fell out, if it's because you are old then it's not coming back, get over it (or buy a wig)
