Running or Swimming? I have weight training as well and eaing better (more protein, less carbs, drrinking mostly water.) I want to get in shape as fast as possible so would running or swimming give me faster results? thanks

swimming. it burns more calories works more muscles and is much lower risk of injury.

It sucks that you hate weight training because you can burn alot of fat by doing that. You don't even need cardio if you lift alot, however I think running would be a better choice than swimming.

Well, I think those are both great options, but swimming puts less strain on the body. I'd just choose which one you prefer to do, or, what the heck, try both!

Do a little of both. Crunches too they really work.
