You cannot catch a cold from the weather. Viruses/bacteria come from GERMS and germs only. Taking a shower and going outside is not going to give you a virus or bacterial infection.

Not gonna hurt you any, unless maybe it stresses your heart a little bit.
You won't catch a cold, nor pneumonia unless you come in contact witht he viruses that cause these things.
