I'm not on the board here. #4 as follows:
I had a blind date turn out to be a heifer. I was ready to leave in ten seconds. She was driving. I got in. She was rolling up the power window from the driver's side and I faked that my hand got caught in it. Outta there in like 2 minutes, and she wasn't offended.

None of the above. If I were in that situation, I would say it up front. You are not the one for me, and leave. It might hurt, but why fumble around uncomfortably for nothing in the end anyways. Be honest, it is the best way.

I have been in this position many times. I'd continue the date but would not do anything to make her think I was in to her, then, at the end of the night I would tell her good night and if she called me I would let her know that there was no connection.

Probably the first. I'd ask for the check or whatever, and make up some silly excuse to go (say something like "I have to go shave my cat right now.") and leave.

I would be direct and tell her i think she's cute but not really my type, and try and keep her as a friend. Just becuase i'm not sexually attracted to someone does not mean i need to burn a potential bridge.

I would have my friend call me and say there is trouble at your house and you need to leave. lol always have your friend call you 30 minutes in the date so if you don't like her there is your chance to leave ;-)
