my ex girl lives with me an said she was gettin out my house on jan 1st then it was feb first now she says april 1st cuz the place she got will be ready then but all she has is clothes an can move to her moms house till april also the place she got is behind her moms house..so even though her names on th lease i feel she should just go to her mom what do you think i also shes just doin it just to be a *****..

Give her a date, and tell her if she isn't out by then you will throw her out. When that date comes, put all her stuff outsdie, and change the locks on the door.

She is taking advantage of your kindness. You can ask her to leave as you are thinking of asking another lady to move in.
Is she refuses, then, you leave...and let her have the place. She has not romantic feelings for you, if she did she would not behave like that.
