Great question dude!
It's like the whole conjoined twin thing. If the soul enters the body, what happens when the twin splits? Each gets a half-soul? What about when one twin absorbs the other in utero? A merged soul?
Never even mind what a mess the rapture would be, if one personality got raptured, or half a twin...!

A personality is not saved, but the soul. i don't believe that a person has more than one soul. If the person has truly accepted the truth, then they are saved. I don't think any earthly being could answer rather they are or not.

Just the one.
I knew a guy with 3 personalities. One was Christian, another was Jewish, and the third was Muslim. Boy THAT must have been an awkward household.
(btw that's not a real story. I just made it up)

Depends on how many of those personalities were baptized. Just kidding, I'll leave the separation of sheep and goats to God.

What a brilliant question. It depends I guess if you consider MPSD a mental disorder or demonic possession.
