well..u need to take lessons for that..
hindi is easy..me being an indian..
start wit:-
'namaste' which means hello,greetings
'khyaal rakhna apna' mean take care
'shubkamnaye,safal ho' means all the best!!

Take admission in a spoken Hindi and Chinese course and try to communicate with Hindi and Chinese speaking community .

Those are very difficult languages.Do you speak any other languages at the moment besides English?You could take a course but really to become proficient in language you must live in those countries.

Go to Indo-China border and stay for an year. You will probably pick up both languages.
