Cash on Delivery is a thing of the past... companies are not going to waste money on shipping an item in hopes that you will pay for it... also mailmen, usp and fedex are not longer bonded to accept money for deliveries. Prob stops a lot of internal stealing as well.

What are you asking?? How do you pay for something on line without a credit card? Sometimes pay-pal is an option. If not I guess you have to mail in a check.
