Is there a horrible clacking noise. Or do they ever come adrift.

I have had them since 16. No one knows unless someone tells them. My wife has them. There is no way to tell when kissing. If anyone has a problem, maybe they need to see a good denturist. Most dentists don't have clue about fitting dentures.
By the way, if you brush your mouth and dentures once a day with regular toothpaste, there is no tell tale smell or taste. It is better than some repaired teeth, caps, bridges, etc.

Have you not seen those adverts on the television, where they show a couple kissing and then they say 'guess which one has false teeth'!!!hehe According to the adverts all false teeth are made brilliantly!!!i still like to think they mite fall out, that is just the child within me, who still laughs at false teeth.x
