It means that you have blood in your stool. Honestly, without an exam and more questioning there's no way to tell you what it means for you. It could be something as simple as a bleeding hemorrhoid or something as complex as colon cancer. The frequency, amount and appearance of the blood is significant but I'm not able to visualize it.
Bright, red blood may be from a hemorrhoid (most common cause of rectal bleeds) or may originate from the colon. Dark blood, the "coffee grounds" blood that was mentioned isn't old blood, it's blood that's been digested. This originates from the small intestine, where most of our digestion takes place, the stomach or the esophagus. See your doctor for an evaluation.

Blood coming from lower down is bright red, as in dysentery, piles or anal fissure. Blood from higher up in the intestine is black or tarry. Tarry blood can be due to cancer. Bright red blood and mucus mixed with stools is dysentery. Blood streaking the stool and pain on passing stools occurs with anal fissure. Bright red blood without stool is due to piles. Tarry blood can also be found in bleeding due to a bleeding problem or intestinal polyps.

you need to be checked out by a gastroenterologist soon. esp if you are over the age of 50.
