but she refused.after my proposal he wishes to have contact with that girl.he always used to say me that i missed her a lot.i also heard that he had proposed many girls already but everything was a failure.can i accept his proposal?

Are you talking about a marriage proposal or just a proposal to date him? If your talking marriage then stay away from him. He has no clue what he wants and is desperate. if he was just proposing to go out on a date, who cares that's hes asked out many other girls. That's the only way you find out what you want from the opposite sex, is to date as many different types of people possible. So that way when you are ready to settle down your not settling with the wrong person and you know what you want.

Talk to him and ask him if it's true. You need to trust him before you even think of accepting his proposal. If he tells you he hasn't and you find out he actually has, then ditch him. Tell him straight out that you want a truthful relationship, and you won't accept any lies.
