When i open my pc it says video error, HF:00.kh2+,VH:00.0h2+, what does it mean?

Those are Z's, not 2's

It's trying to tell you that the Horizontal Frequency (HF) is 0 KiloHertz (KHZ), and the Vertical (not sure what the H is) frequency is 0 Hertz (Hz).

Essectually that you video adapter is not sending out a signal.
