my daughter is looking for a saints name to take for her confirmation,ay suggesstions??

There is a saint for every day in the Gregorian calendar. Many are female names, but you can use the female derivative.

What might be nice is she takes the saint's name that corresponds with her birthday or, if it is a male saint's day, the female derivative.

For example, if today was her birthday, she could take the name Gabriel or Gabrielle.

If she is being Confirmed on a Saint's Feast Day, it is proper to take that Saint's name. Even if it's male. My wife's Confirmation name is "Francis".
