If you have no other income (income from spouse) then you might not have a filing requirement.
If you are a Single filer or Married Filing Separately and you did not live with your spouse, if one half of your Social Security plus all other income that appears on you return exceed 25,000.00 then a portion of your Social security will be tax able.
If you are Married Filing Jiontly, if one half of your Social Securtiy plus all other income that appears on your return exceeds 32,000.00, then a portion of your Social Security will be taxable
If you were Married Filing Separately and lived with your spouse even one day of the Tax year, You will have a taxable portion of your Social Security.
In all scenerio's the maximum amount of your benefits that can be taxed is 85%, complete the worksheet in Pub 915.

The property tax that you paid, could be an itemized deduction if you had other itemized deductions that exceeded your standard deduction.
But as you have no reason to file a return, the property tax issue is not an issue for you

If your only income is SSDI, there is no reason to file. If you have other income, or are filing a joint return and your spouse has income, you might be required to file.
If you don't owe any taxes, then having paid property taxes won't be of any use to you - that only is used if you itemize.

County property taxes don't have anything to do with Federal Income Tax. You still need to file a tax return if you had taxible income.
