.....in your religion?

How would your God explain the opinion in this link? If animals are innocent creatures (and I'm presuming this so I'm sure I'll be told if I'm wrong) who just go about their business can they actually be sinning or is it time to admit that this behaviour can be counted as natural in animals and humans?

Malcolm: But does that mean that the animals are hurting God too by displaying gay behaviour?

Nobody is answering that bit.

Everything is subservient to mankind, including animals, whether for food or for service. That doesn't mean we don't have to show kindness; thus, in killing for food, it must be done painlessly. Sin is peculiar to humans. The definition of sin (from a Christian perspective) is causing God grief, and everyone is guilty of that.

I am Wiccan, and I believe that humans share this planet with our fellow animals; all living things partake of the Sacred. Each animal does what is natural to its kind -- there is no "good" or "bad" to their actions. We are to treat animals with respect and kindness, even when their death is necessary in order for our own lives to continue.

The following poem, although written by a Christian, summarizes how I feel on the subject.

A PRAYER FOR ANIMALS -- by Albert Schweitzer

Hear our humble prayer, O God,
for our friends the animals,
especially for animals who are suffering;
for animals that are overworked,
underfed and cruelly treated;
for all wistful creatures in captivity
that beat their wings against bars;
for any that are hunted or lost or deserted
or frightened or hungry;
for all that must be put death.

We entreat for them all Thy mercy and pity,
and for those who deal with them
we ask a heart of compassion
and gentle hands and kindly words.

Make us, ourselves, to be true friends to animals,
and so to share the blessings of the merciful.

[6:39] There is not an animal that crawls in the earth, nor a bird that flies on its two wings, but they are communities like you. We have left out nothing in the Book. Then to their Lord shall they all be gathered together.

This lady sounds unique and specific. She looks like somebody very practically absolutely everyone could get alongside with, and from the seems of it, she could desire to doubtlessly illuminate the room along with her smile. i could certainly opt for this lady on my area. :)
