I'm familiar with the calendar as I used it for years when I was in the Air Force. On my current laptop with Microsoft XP and Microsoft Office installed....I can't find the calendar in Outlook anywhere!

Any ideas?

Thank you for your feedback. Sadly, there is no calender icon in the list on the left side. What I do have there is Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, and Drafts. No calendar. :(

Ctrl-2 did nothing as well. And nothing can be found in the tools about it.

I just think it's really odd that this Outlook doesn't have a calendar. >:-[

It might be a different version, or it could be corrupted. Try reinstalling or repairing Outlook. Hopefully, that'll fix it.

a lot of those good factors are the VIEW which you place on your pc. So it may well be desirable that your coworker to exhibit pictures of a number of the settings, so which you would be able to reproduction that. right here is how Open Microsoft word pass to the Outlook calendar view settings and use SHIFT PRINT exhibit. pass returned to word and use administration V or PASTE to get the exhibit shot. pass returned to get different Outlook settings. save the rfile, and characteristic it e-mailed to you.

In the box under all your mail folders there's 6 icons, the second one is a calendar.

On the menu bar select "go" ... there should be an option for your calendar (CTRL + 2 also displays your calendar);
Other than that the only thing I can thing of is to pull up your options (select "tools" on your menu bar) and checkout your calendar options.

You need to switch to Folder List View (the little folder in the lower left). The Calendar and Contacts only list if you are in this view.
