It takes alot of time but i suggest casually dating. Writng down your feelings helps, I write poems that express anger and longing.But I don't cry because he wins. You won't get over it in a week or two. wouds take time to heal. The first time we broke up I pined for him for 9 months the second time I didn't shead a tear. The third time I yelled at him and broke it off in less than five minutes. You can be strong. Just be cause you're not with someone doesn't mean you have to stop loving him. I'll always love my ex. I just jumped into a rebound relationship got bored and played single for a while. We all have different outlets. You can find your own and become stronger. You can do it.
