Sure. In fact, many people drink a glass of wine on Shabbat and on holidays! Because Jews tend to drink more moderately, we don't tend to become alcoholics (I'm not saying there are no Jewish alcoholics at all, but as a general rule, alcoholism isn't as prevalent as with society as a whole).

Yes they are at least allowed to drink wine IN MODERATION say, with dinner, that sort of thing. But, I know there are certain times when they cannot. For example, in Leviticus 10:9 it says, "Do not drink wine or intoxicating drink, you, nor your sons with you, when you go into the tabernacle of meeting, lest you die." The tabernacle of meeting in those days was a tent in which the Holy Ark of the Covenant(where God lived) was stored. So basically, don't drink and then go see God...bad move. There is another mention of abstinence for a particular ritual listed in the Book of Numbers, chapter 6, verse 3. The full meaning or purpose of this ritual is unclear to me, but it says starting with verse 2 actually to give a bit of background, "Speak to the children of Israel,, and say to them: 'When either a man or woman consecrates an offering to take the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the LORD, he shall separate himself from wine and similar drink; he shall drink neither vinegar made from wine nor vinegar made from similar drink...'" and on stating that no grape or grape product is to be consumed in the days of this ritual. Other than that, I am unsure whether they can or cannot drink during times like Passover, Channukah, etc. I get the feeling that the Levites (a tribe of Jews specifically to be the only ones allowed to be priests or clergy) cannot drink it. Hope this helps.

The wine is one of the famous product of Israel.
Jews are drinking alcohol like everybody. The first person who got drunk in thr bible was Noah. In hebrew there is a saying: "wine makes the heart happy"
Only "Nesirim", dedicated people (Samson) have to avoid alkohol.(see Judges 13)

Duet 14:26 And you may spend that money for whatever your appetite craves, for oxen, or sheep, or new wine or strong[er] drink, or whatever you desire; and you shall eat there before Yahweh your Father, and you shall rejoice, you and your household.
23 And you shall eat before Yahweh your Father in the place in which He will cause His Name [and Presence] to dwell the tithe (tenth) of your grain, your new wine, your oil, and the firstlings of your herd and your flock, that you may learn to reverence Yahweh you Father always.

Yes, in fact, in Iran, where alcohol is illegal in general, Jews are allowed to keep and use it.
