The requirements in Illinois are 1 of each fire and tornado every quarter, so 4 times a year.

most states have individual requirements but on average your center must do one fire drill monthly and one tornado at least every quarter when you live in a tornado prone area...some states also require hurricane, earthquake and other sorts of drills on a regular basis ck with other local school facilities or your local/state regulations or licesening agency
