First...you should break the ice between you....so start by been just a normal friend ....talk to them normally...ans them what's the time,,,and that kinda stuff....then you can make the first move.....like asking the girl if she would like to have a Berger in MacDonald with you....or something like that....
Oh....and one more thing....be sure that she has feelings for you before making the first move....
I think that after that...it's mostly up to you and her
PS:doing what I've told you above would probably take time...like a month or 2......so if your in a hurry.....you can always try to show her that you have expensive stuff....like cellphones and laptops...sneaking out with your dad's car to take her to the dancing party...

be nice, try to be funny (but dont try to hard) and be respectfull. be honest so tell them that ur shy but dont make as if u feel sorry for urself.
im not very good with relashionships but i hope that helps.
