how do i change it t or convert it to jgep form?

if you use windows XP, lookup for mspaint. this little program can open and save image file in the format of: bmp, jpeg, gif, tif and png.

Start --> All Program --> Accessories --> Paint
or
Win + R, type mspaint and click OK or press Enter

first, open the picture and go to file, save as, then where it says "save as file type" click on the drop down menu and select ".jpeg"
