A craft store will have do-it-yourself spa kits that have materials for salts, scrubs, fizzies, and soap.

You can also get dyes (only use the kind for soap) and scents and soap bases.

You can make a sugar scrub by mixing equal amounts of sugar and vegetable glycerin and a few drops of scent or color.

You can make herbal sachets out of a little muslin (or gauzy material) pouches filled with dried herbs (like lavender or dried rose petals). Or you can fill a jar with dried herbs and include a tea infuser (you don't want loose plants floating in the water. They stick to you)

You can make an eye mask or neck warmer out of some nice soft material and rice (I add a little dried lavender too).

I would also include a nice thick towel or natural loofah.

You can do a google search on homemade soaps or spa items and get tons of ideas

And put a rubber duck in the basket. Everybody loves rubber ducks.

It is a Victoria's Secret Angel's trick to mix sugar in with bath products for a great body exfloliant (scrub).. I suggest getting something like Suave or something cheap, adding a few ingredients of your own if needed (natural aloe, cucumber extract) and adding plain old white sugar.

If you go to hobby lobby and get some soap scents (this can be found in the soap making aisle), then mix it with Epsom salts until you get a good scent to the salts. After that, just bag them up!
