For very oily skin, the first mistake people make is over-washing their faces. You should wash your face only 2 times a day and very gently exfoliate only a few times a week. Next, you should be drinking tons of water, minimizing junk food consumption, and should not be touching your face as much as possible. To help minimize oils throughout the day, take oil blotters with you and use them when needed. To help rid pimples wash your face with a non-abrasive face wash, pat dry, use a toner, air dry, and then apply a non-clogging all-natural moisturizer. To cover blemishes, try Neutrogena's skin clearing foundation over oil free, color free, and scent free SPF.

Get more omega 3 in your diet. Oily fish is the best source. Others are certain nuts and seeds. Eat plenty of fruits and vegtables. These improve your skin.
