my friend liked this guy about a month ago and he seemed to be flirting with her because he would touch her in a way you would not touch a friend. but it wasn't anything in appropriate. they also seem to have a lot in commomn the only problem is he had a girlfriend but then after a week or two of them flirting he broke up with his girlfriend right in front of us, and in lunch that day my friend was standing at our table waiting for me, and while she was waiting for me she looked toward the table . where him and his friends sit and saw him pointing her out to his friends. then a few hours later. they were walking hand and hand. he ignored my friend for a few weeks and now he flirting with her again. do you think he's using her for rebound, finds it amusing to play with girls hearts, or is just trying to play hard to get to make my friend jealous and has no intensions of staying with his eleged girlfriend. and what do you think she should do in a case like this......

First .. I noticed he is a kind of guys who are afraid of being responsible.
and about your friend tell her not to lay low .. but let play it hard .. and i guess she can know if he is touching her as a friend or not .. so tell your friend to stop him when he touche her in a way she feel bad about it .. and talk to him in a commanding way ..
let her talk to him really hard .. cuz if not he will use her so bad.
Trust me ..
if she know him as a friend let her lose a lover and win him at least as a friend .. and in case he got offended ... well she will win her self.
If you care about her then DONT let him use her. cuz when he find out that the empty space his girlfriend left cant be filled by your friend (even so they are friends) he will feel so bad about him self and her. Because it's a rebound relation.(he is just trying to fill up an empty space in his life)
So DONT let that happen.!!

Trust me I am a normal guy who is expert in how guys think about love life.

I'm not sure...maybe he's interested, but tell your friend to be on her guard.
