It's irresponsible for someone to have a large living space. It's irreponsible to withhold so much wealth.
It is in fact a boon to renewable industries in his locale because tha tmeans big business for them. That means these businesses will put more money into expanding and developing sustainable technologies.

It certainly is. Modern housing construction has gotten way out of control. People are building houses way bigger than they actually need and in many cases way bigger than they can really afford. I don't understand the gigantic houses with the dinky little yards. If you want bragging rights build a nice house with a big yard and don't waste a ton of energy heating and cooling your mammoth abode.

Of course it's irresponsible, ... but so are his limos and jets, ... after all, the guy also claimed to invent the internet, he should be able to do anything he needs to do from a wind powered keyboard - LOL.

Wow. Who in the heck would waste that much energy? ...Oh yeah..Al Gore lol. And he isn't even home most of the time. he's on his private jet warming up the place. What a hypocrite he is.

Yeah I think thats insane, and unecessary unless you plan on having homeless people living with you and use the space responsibly
