OK. I can't tell whether you are wanting to know about the physical effects of long term use or the psychological effects- so I will give you some of both.

First, don't think that you can necessarily pick out someone who uses meth. There are many people who abuse the drug who do have one or more of the typical traits, but there are also many people who use the drug that you would probably never suspect. Just keep that in mind.

Physical Effects:
-Rapid Weight Loss, Emaciated or Tired Look to the face
-Pimples, Red Blotches, or Sores on some users if they pick at their skin.
-Body odor can occur if the person does not bathe regularly.
-Tremors, and jerky movements

Psychological / Behavioral Effects:
-Fidgeting, Nervous or Repetitive behavior
-Increase talking and tendency to ramble and go off topic
-Paranoia
-Mood swings
-Irregular sleep patterns
-Can never seem to be on time or follow through with plans
