I don't know which. You would know better than anyone else, what this might mean. You can always ask hime what he means by suggesting some of these options and seeing what he reaction is.

Generally an innocent girl is someone who does not look like she's trying too hard for attention and she wears girly clothes without showing everything. She's not looking to "Hook Up" and does not dress that way either. Does not wear a lot of make up cause she does not need to. She is way more of a challenge cause she does not let it all hang out. She's conservative and smart with goals in her life other than trying to be the "hottest girl" which is generally a turn off to guys after a few dates anyways.

Maybe he had a bad experience or 2 with a "party girl" or slut.
Nothing wrong with a guy wanting to commit with a virgin.
Maybe he's from a conservative family, or maybe he just doesn't want a g/f who's been around the block a lot of times.

Probably girls who don't have enough experience to be able to catch him being manipulative. Or ones who don't have enough emotional maturity to stand up to him when he asks them for things that might be wrong, dangerous, or undesirable.
