"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."

Canman-Its funny you get it wrong even though the answer has already been said. Not catching Osama bin Laden is going to be very hard to do when countries such as Pakistan, who claims to be on our side, won't let us into their country. But anyways...Osama bin Laden has a lot of health problems and is probably more worried about that then attacking America. Someone is planning attacks on America, there have been attempts that we blocked. We will always be a target.
We can't just worry about what goes on inside our country. On September 10th, 2001, we were playing the "containment" game with the Middle East problem. It has been proven that that does not work.
