Actually it all depends.... But you would need to answer some questions for me.
1.) Do your parents have a separate account like the master account? If so you would have to get their password, log on and disable it.
2.) How high/low are your privacy settings? If they are low you can download spybot (software) to disable it. If they are high then you would have to get your parents account password to disable it.
3.) Do you have access to your control panel? If so then you can disable it.
4.) Do you have a remote desktop? If so you can access your desktop from another computer disable it and blame it on a hacker.....
** A great tip for you always go into Tools and Internet properties to delete your cookies..

My advice don't try eventually your parents will find out when you do then they will suspect you and all that stuff will happen and it is better to have your parents trust , don't even do anything wrong you might get cought you will go down big time , i know people who the same problem happned
