Genetic mutation.....birth defect

The tail may just be extremely short. Either that or it was a birth defect.

I think it was a birth defect or an underdeveloped pup...There is nothing wrong with it, just love it all the same. It wouldn't hurt for the pup to see the vet just to make sure everything else is intact and working properly. I'm sure it is nothing to worry about.
