8-10 chicken drumsticks or thighs, washed and patted dry.
1 package dry onion soup mix

Use non-stick spray and coat microwave safe dish (glass works best). Coat chicken in onion soup mix and place in one layer on microwave safe dish. Add a little water to dish and place in oven. Microwave on high for 7 minutes, then turn chicken...continue cooking until juices are clear--depending on the thickness of the chicken it could be up to 15 minutes. Don't forget to turn the chicken!

Tortilla pizza-

Top a tortilla with pepperoni, then cheese. Nuke it until the cheese is melted (about 30-45 seconds?). Roll it up like a burrito, and enjoy! I lived off these in college. Quick and easy!
