This sounds a bit complicated, but could be one way. Use two pressure sensors with analog output, spaced a sufficient distance apart to get a good pressure difference. Use the difference in the two outputs as the signal. Calibrate, and develop high and low set points.

Are you talking about a pressured system or a sump/silo type of system??? Can't really tell by your question. If a pressure system you can purchase two pressure switches and line them up in your system. Both swithces will be normally closed. Set the pressures on each to react accordingly. When the pressure gets to low the low pressure switch will close and send a signal to your alarm system. When the high pressure reaches to high than the contacts will close and send a signal to the high alarm. I am sure that there are other ways of doing this but that seems to be the easiest. for this type of system.
