coffee in moderation is good for you... it gives you some nutrients that other foods cannot give you.. however too much of it is baaaad news... cup or two a day shouldnt hurt

try green tea.. much better for you.,. stay away from cream though.. it negates the health benefits of green tea

Because it doesn't contain milk or cream, which adds calories and extra sugar to your diet that is not needed.
