I think you will lose a lot of water weight, become dehydrated and constipated. Your metabolism will slow down and may not speed back up when you begin eating again causing you to gain weight. You will cause an imbalance of your electrolytes and possibly get very sick.
I suggest you do a search on Terry Schiavo and read about her. She also tried to lose wieght by starving herself. It didn't work out very well for her. Look carfully at the pictures of her in the news articles. You could one day look like that too.

It's called a crash diet. You will feel terrible, you will be irratable, and your body might try to make you throw up, even when you don't have anything in your stomach. If you are trying to lose weight this method is retarded. When you stop eating your metabolism will slow down, and you wont burn hardly any calories, plus you will not have the energy to exercise. IMO do it the healthy way...eat right, eat 5-6 very small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up, exercise so you will burn the excess calories off.

Someone will freak out and scream "ANOREXIA!!!" And then you will prolly get high off the weight loss and continue to try to lose weight.
You'll feed off your bodie's reserves. Most people have at least a little fat, and it doesn't take all that much to live. You'll be tired all the time, though.

You may lose some muscle mass and water weight. The lost muscle mass will slow your metabolism and make it harder to lose fat in the future. Your blood sugar will plummet. You might pass out. Don't drive if you're going to do this.

You won't be able to do it especially if you are around others who are eating. If you are able to do it you will probably get sick. Don't starve yourself. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet and exercise.

All the weight you lose will be water weight. You will not shed any fat whatsoever. Then your metabolism will have slowed down tremendously. When you resume your normal eating habits after the fast, you will be more predisposed to store fat.

my guess is you won't make it, unless you have some sort of strong religious reserve to fast, youll b so hungry, nautious and ready to faint you wil eat something, I have tried this, i doesn't work. If yo want to lose weight just cut down on your portions and excersize!

If you fast with water, you may acheive a higher level of consciousness. But just depriving yourself, will more than likely make you sick.
