It is Ok for a hindu to love a christian, but you might be shunned by family and relatives. If your in india, you will have to get a court marriage, though some Maharajs will perform the Indian marriage. I would not worry about the religion, you could incorporate her beliefs wth yours if that is important for you. Economically, you bith have to work things out...money, family, children and love. Do you both love eachother and are you both willing to compromise. My sister married a christian and it was a very loving realtionship with 2 children. It is correct if you both think it is correct. If your in India, these things happen all the time, but it will be a struggle for you to set up a life, though not impossible.

It isn't a matter of right or wrong, it is a matter of the religous faiths and if they will clash.
I have no knowledge of the Hindu religion, but I am aware that the faith of a Christian is different.
The two of you must realize that there are differences and that those differences will cause problems in your relationship.
You both need to think about the religion that your child(ren) would be if you have any in the future, and think about how it will effect them. Also you should both think about one of you converting to the others religion. If that is not possible, than your relationship is doomed from the start.

oh boy if you really love that girl forget about religion then.... God will love you anyways...He doesnt mind if you have a relationship with the person you truly love, otherwise He wouldnt have put her on your way... forget about the dogmatic drama...at the end of the day she will be the one capable to make you a happy person.... if religion is very important for you guys then one will have to sacrifice for the other...if not I am sure that as mature people you can be open minded and accept the differences... you can both do whatever you want and still be together...dont let Man's law dictate your happiness... God is not interested in that stupid little drama..I am sure He has better things to do like see love developing beteween different cultures perhaps!!!! otherwise, how else do you think people in this world will ever unite as one? you are on the right path...good luck

Nothing wrong with it dude. If you love each other your religions should not matter. If your worried about your parents, just think about it this way, your not going to be living with your parents for the rest of your life. Eventually you will move out and live with the person you marry. Would you rather have that person be someone you love or someone your parents hooked you up with after showing you a photograph. Stand up be a man.

I'll answer you with your own question. Is it correct or not? Only you and your girlfriend can answer that. I don't think religion should come between love. Love is an emotion you've had on your own. Religion, most of the time, is not your choice, but a choice made by others for you.

Love is not a crime - Religion should not stop you from being with the person you love. I married a non - believer and I am Christian. I did not try to convert him and I didn't abandon my beliefs - we are happy.
Good luck
