Your replacing fat with muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, so you're losing more inches than the numbers indicate due to lower mass of muscle per pound. keep it up. WTG! ;o)

MMuscle weighs more than fat because it is more compact. You have lost a lot of fat due to the dieting and gained some muscle due to the exercising.

Does it really matter what the scale says when the mirror's saying "You're HOTT babe."?

You've built some muscle, which weighs more than fat, so even though you've burned off some fat it's been replaced with denser muscle.

Muscle is heavier than fat. So you are taking off inches, and putting on weight. Keep up with the effort.

Your body is burning fat and building muscle. Muscle is denser and more compact than fat, so it's entirely normal to see little to no weight loss and still lose inches. Nice going!

yay your hard work is working, to start with the muscle builds so you weigh more but eventually the muscle gain will even /taper out and the muscle you have built will help you burn calories even while resting, so you will become even slimmer.
